Live one-to-one coaching, NLP or EFT sessions;

Live group sessions, workshops or programmes;

Packages containing multiple live sessions;

Prerecorded meditations and relaxation recordings;

The description, price and main features of each service or digital product will be displayed on the relevant booking, sales or checkout page.

The exact techniques used during a live session will depend on the client’s individual circumstances, needs, suitability and agreed goals.

3. Important Medical Disclaimer

Infinite Wellness is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological or emergency healthcare provider. Agata Lampitt does not act as a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist or other regulated medical professional.

Our sessions, programmes and digital materials do not provide medical or mental-health diagnoses, medical advice or medical treatment. We do not prescribe medication or advise clients to begin, stop or change any medication or treatment.

Hypnotherapy, coaching, NLP, EFT, meditation and other wellbeing resources are intended to support wellbeing, personal development and positive change. They do not replace medical, psychiatric, psychological or other professional healthcare.

No particular result or outcome can be guaranteed. Individual experiences and results will vary, and progress may depend on factors including the client’s individual circumstances, participation and commitment.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, or are in doubt about whether a service is suitable for you, you should consult your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Infinite Wellness does not provide crisis or emergency support. If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.

4. Medical Suitability and Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information about any physical or mental health conditions, diagnoses, medication or treatment that may affect your suitability for our services.

You must inform Infinite Wellness if any relevant information changes during the course of your sessions or programme.

Certain physical or psychological conditions may not be suitable for hypnotherapy. By booking a hypnotherapy session, you confirm that you are fit to participate and have sought appropriate medical advice where necessary.

Infinite Wellness reserves the right to decline, postpone or discontinue a service where:

The service is not considered suitable or appropriate;

The client’s needs fall outside the practitioner’s professional competence;

Relevant medical approval may be required;

Important information has not been disclosed;

Continuing the service may not be in the client’s best interests; or

A different form of professional support would be more appropriate.

Clients remain responsible for their own choices, decisions, actions and wellbeing before, during and after using our services or digital products.

5. Booking and Formation of the Contract

Bookings and purchases can be made through our website, booking system, checkout page, payment link or invoice.

Before completing a purchase, you will be given an opportunity to review the relevant service or product, price and information provided.

A contract is formed when:

You complete the booking or order process;

Any required payment is successfully received; and

We issue a booking or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or description error, where the service is unavailable or unsuitable, or where we are unable to accept the order for another reasonable reason.

If we decline an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be refunded.

6. Prices and Payment

The applicable price will be displayed on the booking, sales or checkout page or stated on your invoice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Where payment by instalments is offered, you remain responsible for paying the full agreed price in accordance with the payment schedule. An instalment plan does not make a session package or programme a monthly subscription that can be cancelled simply by stopping future payments.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal or another payment service displayed at checkout. Infinite Wellness does not directly store your complete payment-card details.

7. One-to-One Sessions: Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a one-to-one session without charge, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

Where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, you may:

Reschedule the appointment; or

Request a refund for the cancelled individual session, where applicable.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, no refund will be provided.

At the sole discretion of Infinite Wellness, you may be offered an opportunity to reschedule the appointment. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances and availability.

If you arrive late, the session may still end at its originally scheduled time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the appointment may be treated as missed and no refund will be provided.

8. Group Sessions: Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel a booking for a group session, workshop or group programme without charge, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

Where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, you may be offered a refund or an alternative available date, depending on the nature of the group service.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend the group session, no refund will be provided.

At the sole discretion of Infinite Wellness, you may be offered the opportunity to attend the same or a similar group session on another available date. This is not guaranteed and will depend on availability and the nature of the programme.

A missed group session cannot normally be replaced with a private one-to-one session.

9. Cancellation by Infinite Wellness

If Infinite Wellness needs to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one or group session, you will be offered:

An alternative appointment or session date;

A credit towards another suitable service; or

A refund for the session cancelled by Infinite Wellness.

Infinite Wellness will not be responsible for additional costs or losses resulting from a cancelled or rescheduled session, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Session Packages

Where you purchase a package containing more than one session:

The package is for the person named at the time of booking;

Sessions cannot be transferred to another person without written agreement;

Sessions must be used within any validity period stated on the sales or booking page;

Individual appointments remain subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy;

A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will normally be treated as used; and

Any agreed instalment plan must continue to be paid in accordance with the original payment schedule.

Any statutory cancellation rights and any refund due will take account of services and digital content already supplied.

11. Online Sessions

For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring that you have:

A suitable device;

A reliable internet connection;

A working microphone and, where required, camera;

Access to Zoom or another specified platform;

A quiet, private and safe place from which to participate; and

Provided accurate contact information.

You must not attend a hypnotherapy session or listen to a meditation or relaxation recording while driving, operating machinery or undertaking any activity that requires your full attention.

If a session is interrupted by technical problems, we will make reasonable efforts to reconnect and continue.

Where significant disruption is caused by Infinite Wellness or its systems, we may extend or rearrange the session.

Where disruption is caused by the client’s equipment, internet connection, environment or failure to attend, the session may still be treated as having taken place.

12. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products may be delivered by:

Email;

Download link;

Access to an online platform;

Streaming;

Another method described on the relevant sales page.

You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address and for checking your spam or junk folder.

A digital product is considered delivered when the download, access link or instructions are sent to the email address provided, or when access is made available through the relevant platform.

If you do not receive or cannot access your purchase, please contact [email protected] so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore access.

13. Technical Requirements for Digital Products

To access our digital products, you may require:

A device with internet access;

A current internet browser;

A valid email address;

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets any technical requirements stated on the relevant product page.

We cannot guarantee that digital products will be compatible with every device, operating system, browser or third-party application.

14. Digital Products and Refunds

All purchases of prerecorded meditations, audio recordings, worksheets and other digital products are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has begun.

By purchasing digital content for immediate access, you expressly consent to receiving it before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once access or delivery begins.

Refunds will not be provided because you:

Changed your mind;

Did not use or download the product;

Purchased the product by mistake where the product was supplied as ordered;

Decided that it was not suitable for your personal preferences; or

Failed to provide a correct email address or meet the stated technical requirements.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or cannot be accessed due to an issue for which Infinite Wellness is responsible.

15. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a UK consumer purchasing a service online, you will normally have a statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days of entering into it.

If you ask for a live service to begin during this 14-day period, you expressly request that Infinite Wellness begins supplying the service before the cancellation period has ended.

If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request and acknowledgement, your statutory right to cancel will end once the service has been completed.

If you cancel after the service has begun but before it has been fully completed, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the part of the service already supplied.

For digital products supplied immediately, your statutory right to cancel ends when supply begins, provided you gave your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right.

These statutory cancellation rights are separate from the 24-hour appointment cancellation policy.

16. Faulty or Misdescribed Digital Content

We will provide digital content with reasonable care and skill and as described on the relevant product page.

If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed because of a problem for which Infinite Wellness is responsible, please contact us with:

Your name and email address;

Your order details;

A description of the problem; and

Any relevant screenshots or error messages.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, repair the issue, replace the content, restore access or provide another remedy required under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights concerning digital content.

17. Clients Under 18 and Children’s Digital Products

Clients under the age of 18 are welcome where the service is considered suitable and appropriate.

Live services for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian. Written parental or guardian consent must be provided before sessions begin.

The parent or guardian must provide accurate information relevant to the young person’s wellbeing and suitability for the service. Infinite Wellness may also request the young person’s agreement and participation where appropriate for their age and understanding.

Digital products intended for adults may only be purchased by someone aged 18 or over.

Some digital products may be designed for use by children. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the relevant product page. A product intended for a child must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian using their own payment details.

By completing the purchase, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they consent to the child’s use of the product and accept responsibility for supervising its use where appropriate for the child’s age and individual needs.
